A medida constava em um acordo entre os dois pa\u00edses firmado no dia 22 de setembro de 2023. Entretanto, s\u00f3 foi sancionada agora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAcordo entre a Rep\u00fablica Portuguesa e a Rep\u00fablica Federativa do Brasil sobre o Reconhecimento M\u00fatuo dos T\u00edtulos de Condu\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Veja abaixo os crit\u00e9rios do decreto:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ter um documento de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o emitido no Brasil ou em Portugal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ter menos de 15 anos de emiss\u00e3o;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documento precisa respeitar a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o local;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve para condutores das categorias A e B, com at\u00e9 60 anos &#8211; outras categorias de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio obter a carteira portuguesa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelo decreto, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 mais a necessidade de emiss\u00e3o de um novo documento para brasileiros dirigirem nas vias portuguesas. Tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 preciso trocar de documenta\u00e7\u00e3o.
